Getting around Pasadena is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. This department is unresponsive, slow and not people-oriented. I called this week, due to their ad in Pasadena Now about MMR vaccines. I left all contact info and NEVER got a return call. This same unresponsiveness happened during covid. THIS DEPARTMENT IS PAID FOR BY OUR TAXPAYER DOLLARS!! They should respond to Pasadena residents. Shame on you for your uncaring, unresponsive behavior! You don't care for our health at all.

I've literally been on hold over 20 minutes. I paid extra money to have a document done on the same day and shocker... it's not done and Patricia can't return a phone call within a timely manner. I am demanding a refund for the "express" fee. It would of been cheaper for me to drive from AZ back to Pasadena to get the darn thing myself.
